E-Commerce Manager

Position

As an E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for all digital commercial activities at Jolipa. Together with your colleagues, you develop a clear and future-oriented digital strategy aligned with the overall commercial strategy. You focus on the online B2B customer experience, the optimisation of our digital processes, and the further expansion of our digital customer portfolio.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Development

  • Develop a digital B2B strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Improve the full online customer experience.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new digital sales channels.

E-commerce Management (B2B)

  • Manage and optimise the B2B platform (product data, pricing, promotions, content).
  • Coordinate improvement projects in collaboration with IT, marketing, and sales.

Digital Prospecting & Customer Acquisition

  • Analyse customer behaviour and conversions to improve performance.
  • Develop strategies to attract new B2B customers digitally.
  • Set up lead generation campaigns together with marketing.
  • Work closely with sales on the qualification and follow-up of online leads.

Data & Performance

  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports (traffic, conversion, customer value).
  • Translate data into concrete and actionable plans.
  • Report to management on results and digital trends.

Leading internal and external teams

  • Lead and motivate the e-commerce team.
  • Maintain oversight of B2C sales activities.
  • Coordinate digital projects with internal teams and external partners.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, E-commerce, or Business Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, data analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools (such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, email marketing automation, and UX optimization, with the ability to turn numbers into concrete and measurable growth actions.
  • Highly analytical, commercial, and results-driven – able to turn ideas into actions.
  • Communicative, independent, entrepreneurial, and hands-on.
  • Experience in marketplace management is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP integrations or online process optimization is an asset.
  • Trilingual NL/EN/FR (any additional language is a plus).
