Sales Employee

Function:

You are the contact person for customers in the Belgian market. Communication is mainly by e-mail and telephone. You manage all new orders, changes to orders and any disputes. You plan appointments with customers for a visit to the trade fair or showroom and accompany them to place their order.
Naturally, you will work closely with the sales representatives and agents and provide extensive support from A to Z, in order to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Profile:

You have a proactive commercial attitude and enjoy direct contact with customers. Customer-oriented work is very important to you and you are always looking for a solution. You have a higher education, preferably in languages, and you have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French. You have a good knowledge of MS-office applications and can work efficiently with an ERP system. You take charge and work accurately and efficiently. You are stress resistant, you know how to work in a team and you are willing to support your colleagues.
